Ménage-Experts is a company working in the field of housekeeping.

We are currently looking for several employees to join our teams in Montreal and Laval.

The number of hours per week is 20 to 35 hours from Monday to Sunday.

The tasks related to the job are :

• Manage and supervise the housekeeping team.
• Inspect the premises to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Leads meetings with the work crew and provides feedback on the work of employees.
• Establish working hours.
• Manage the inventory of cleaning products and maintenance equipment.
• Ensure staff training.
• Ensure efficient response to customer requests.
• Ensure that work techniques are updated in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Apply disciplinary measures when necessary.
• May perform some cleaning duties.
